Mexican fan palm thatch has a life expectancy of 3 to 5 years.

Where does the thatch come from?
We import our fan palm thatch directly from Mexico. The Reed thatch is imported from Africa.

Do I have to be a reseller to buy thatch?
No. You can place an order without becoming a reseller.

Do I need to set up an account in order to place an order?
No, but we have special pricing for authorized resellers.

How is the thatch shipped?
For small orders we use UPS, FedEx or DHL ground shipping. For larger orders we ship the thatch through ABF Freight.

Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum order, but we do offer quantity discounts. Inquire for more info.

Does Thatch Direct drop ship thatch orders?
Yes, we do. It can even be done online by changing the shipping address to your customer's address and leave the billing address as your company.

What is the return policy?
Customer is responsible for return shipping plus a restocking fee of 10% of the total purchase price. If items are returned for a refund, free shipping offer is revoked and the cost of shipping that product(s) will be subtracted fro m the refund ammount. Please allow up to 30 days from the time the returned product arrives at our facility for your refund to be processed.
